Yes, you can change your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the next billing cycle.

With the Full Service and Full Service Plus plan, we provide technical support in getting you up and running. The Full Service Plus plan also includes us building out your website and managing the boring IT side of things.

This will vary based on your needs, but typically it will have a landing page, a campaigns page, and a redirect page. The landing page will typically showcase what you do, where you are located, and how people can reach you. The campaigns page will show all active campaigns that you created in your By-U Cart dashboard. The redirect page will allow you to give people a user-friendly URL that uses your own website URL to redirect them to the Stripe payment form.

This depends on the plan you select. With the Full Service Plus plan, we handle everything for you. If you decide to go with the Full Service or Self Serve plan, then you will be responsible for creating your website and handling payment form redirects.
