Refund Policy

Overview

By-U Cart provides tools that allow users to create payment campaigns and collect payments.

Refunds for payments collected through the platform are the responsibility of the user who created the payment campaign.


Payments Made Through Campaigns

When a customer makes a payment using a payment link:

  • The payment is made to the campaign owner
  • The campaign owner is responsible for issuing refunds
  • By-U Cart does not control the underlying transaction

We do not automatically issue refunds for payments made through user-created campaigns.


Platform Fees

Fees paid directly to By-U Cart for use of the platform are generally non-refundable unless required by law.

Refunds may be issued at our sole discretion in cases such as:

  • Billing errors
  • Duplicate charges
  • Technical issues caused by the platform

Chargebacks and Disputes

If a payment dispute or chargeback occurs:

  • The campaign owner is responsible for responding to the dispute
  • Payment processors may assess additional fees
  • Funds may be temporarily withheld during investigation

We may suspend accounts associated with excessive disputes or fraudulent activity.


Cancellation of Service

You may cancel your account at any time.

Cancellation does not automatically result in a refund of previously paid fees.
